Kambo is a secretion from the Giant Green Monkey Tree Frog used as a traditional Amazonian medicine for thousands of years amongst the tribes of the Upper Amazon.  In these traditions it was used as a “vaccine” to help treat infections, fever, snake bites, and malaria. This secretion was used amongst the women to aid in fertility and amongst the hunters to improve stamina, strength, courage, and clarity.

It is said to clear “panema”, dark or negative energy, that is said to be at the root of disease. When panema is cleared life becomes easier, obstacles become obsolete, and one is able to live harmoniously within the flow of life. Kambo is a liberating medicine of empowerment providing a deep cleanse for body, mind, and spirit. Kambo connects us to the spirit of water and it’s medicine of ease and flow; a purifying energy that opens us up to receive the blessings of life more fully. Kambo is a spirit medicine and is used in conjunction two powerful plant medicines; Rape’h and Sananga during ceremony  A Kambo Session usually takes 2 to 3 hours each.

For thousands of years horses had survived in nature through instincts and an innate understanding of their environment. The horses’ higher energetic (spiritual) nature provides an egoless mirror that resonates with the vibration of their surroundings. Horses will mirror back to you that which lies within you. Inviting you to come back “home” and reside in the body.

“Partnership begins at home as in home in your own body. Recognizing that your body is the horse your mind rides around on. In the past we would treat our body like we would an unruly horse. We would reign in our instincts, our emotions and our intuition. Not trusting it and mistreating it, as it was not at all a source of wisdom. Horses just want you to be authentic. If you have abuse in your background, some unresolved grief or anger, and let it out in a constructive way and begin to really be present with that, they’re willing to be present with you” -Path of the horse.

Therapy sessions bring the individual into the sensory body closely tied to the feeling mind where perceptions are formed. In the reptilian brain old belief patterns are unlocked and events are perceived in a new open way. This rewiring process is possible due to the unique capacity of horses to sensate feelings without logical thought. For this reason, horses are leaders in the field of emotional intelligence and leadership skills. Horse are safe guides for those shifting understanding, seeking to grow, and working through difficult times.

Horses serve as valuable guides for opening and healing in a way that does not confront the ego like traditional medicine therapies. These sessions are tailored to the individuals’ unique needs and designed to support significant growth and change.  Please call to learn more about horse therapy sessions.

Craniosacral Therapy is a very anatomically precise modality that’s approached energetically. This gentle type of manual therapy can create dramatic improvements in your life. Its very light touch releases restrictions deep in the body to relieve dysfunction and pain thus improving whole body health.

Our nervous system plays a huge role in our physical, mental and emotional health. and few systems in the body have more impact on the central nervous system than the Craniosacral System. This consists of the soft tissue and fluid that protect, feed and detox our brain and spinal cord.

Throughout life, our body absorbs many stresses and strains physically, emotionally and mentally. Over time these can compromise the function of the central nervous system and the performance of nearly every other system in the body.
Craniosacral therapy releases these restrictions and allows the entire body to relax, unwind and self correct. The effects can be quite profound as issues can be worked on at a level that many other manual techniques can not reach.

The best massages begin with intention and a great rapport between practitioner and client. I strive to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for your experience by focusing on your needs and the parts of your body that desire attention and care. I worked at a massage clinic under the supervision of an established massage therapist providing hot stone and relaxation massage. The relaxation and hot stone massage provide kneading, rolling, vibration, and flow movements (similar to Lomi Lomi massage) with the application of oil, to implement continuous circulation.
The previous statement, coupled with the five basic strokes is used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body acting as a warm-up to working on the deeper muscles with more pressure. Resistance and pressure point techniques are used to release tension in those challenging to reach places. There are many styles and elements from other modalities incorporated including intuition, energy healing, sound healing, and aromatherapy to create a unique style of bodywork designed specifically to accommodate your unique needs. You can expect to feel relaxed and revitalized after the session while experiencing benefits well after the session ends.

“Pranic Healing is a tested system of energy healing that utilizes prana to balance, harmonize and transform the body’s energy processes. The term “pranic” stems from the Sanskrit word “prana” which means life energy. This unseen energy keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health. Pranic Healing is the process of influencing this natural life force to bring about a healthier physical body and to improve emotional and mental states.

The natural condition of the body’s energy is balanced. When the body’s prana is too much or too little, it becomes unhealthy. The result is the body is unable to function properly, and eventually presents symptoms of illness. In Pranic Healing, physical ailments are treated be adjusting energy levels of the patient, allowing the body to heal itself.

Pranic Healing is not intended to replace orthodox western medicine, but rather to complement it. Countless people and their families have been treated and are enjoying a better quality of life through Pranic Healing.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.

Reiki is a type of energy healing. According to practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.

Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reiki practitioners believe that improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
